Axis, whitetail, and turkeys on approximately 200 acres of hunting land; Gillespie County, 5 miles from  Fredericksburg, TX.  Hunting Lease for October 2025 – January 2026; a total of 61 selected days in the hunting window: October bow hunting, November & December General Season (rifles) &  January Special Late Season(rifles, anterless & unbranched antlered bucks).  $20,000 for the lease; 2-3 experienced hunters preferred; four hunters could be considered if it is a cohesive team; guests allowed.  Palo Alto Creek runs through the property. There is a rustic hunters’ cabin on the premises with running water, electricity & outhouse. We have an electric hoist/ gambrel w adjacent water for cleaning and an overhead light for evening work. Hunter provides his own blinds, feeders & feeder pens around them.

Hunt our family-owned property 15 miles from Fredericksburg, and 3 miles from Luckenbach. Hunt approximately 200 acres of low fence on our 500 acre low-fenced property. You will have the option to choose between three blinds. 

One whitetail buck and one whitetail doe are included with each paid gun (not guaranteed).  High-fence Fallow Deer and Blackbucks are also available on a per animal cost.
