Looking for group of 10 responsible hunters to lease this 800-acre ranch 8 miles from Lampasas and 1 hour from Austin City Limits.   Whitetail and hogs.  Turkey hunting allowed, but spring gobbler season not included.  We were planning to do weekend/day leases but changed our minds.  11 Feeders are up.   5 wood blinds are set up.  You must install remaining blinds/stands for 5 hunting spots.  Recommend popup ground blinds or tree stands.  This ranch will be sold soon, so this is a 1-season lease only.   1 Cabin (without water, but a water well is on site) included and electrical hookups for RVs.      Prefer but not require that you use non-lead ammo.  Lease ends January 19.
