Come hunt dove on 22 acres of prime Central Texas land, located less than an hour from Austin, Temple, and Bryan/College Station. This property offers excellent dove habitat throughout the season with plenty of native dove weed, wild sunflowers, and two stock tanks.

You can choose from three of the four available paddocks, each approximately 5.5. acres. One of the paddocks is being used for cattle and will not be accessible for hunting.

A signed liability waiver and lease agreement will be required before hunting. All hunters must posses a valid Texas Hunting License, a Migratory Game Bird endorsement, and be HIP certified. To ensure the safety of our land and wildlife, we require the use of lead-free shot only.

This is a "pack it in, pack it out" property. All trash and spent shells must be removed from the property.

Don't miss out on this great hunting opportunity!
