Knox County Hunting Leases

Knox County is in the Panhandle/High Plains wildlife district, in the southeastern part of the panhandle of Texas, about seventy-five miles north of Abilene. The county comprises 854 square miles of rolling plains with the town of Benjamin as its county seat. The county has various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Mule Deer, Hog, Javelina, Quail, Turkey, Predators, Dove, Crane, Duck and Goose. Local attractions include Lakes Catherine and Davis, and various cultural events and points of interest.
