50 acres with a 3.5 acre pond, fruit trees, mix of wildflowers, high-grass and woods.  Hundreds of acres of corn directly to the east, west and south.  Good deer and hog hunting.  Dove hunting can be fantastic under the right weather patterns.  Has a small unfinished 675 sq. ft. cabin for shelter.  You would need to bring a generator to run power.  No plumbing but set up for rainwater catchment for a toilet.  Cabin needs gutters to collect rain for the 250 gallon tank.  You would need to complete the project for you want to have a toilet / septic and I would have to inspect and approve.   The price posted is for a 2 yr. lease

No hunter restrictions other than courtesy for the neighbors to the west and north.  It's best to shoot west to east and north to south.  Feeder will be included, but you must fill and maintain.  Hay will be cut once a year.  John's Creek runs the western boarder and I own both sides of the creek.  Lots of wildlife run thru there.   No payment plans, no deposits, no BS.  Pay in full. The lease is for 3 hunters with one guest each for a total of $3,750 for 2 years.
