Hale County Hunting Leases

Hale County is in the Panhandle/High Plains wildlife district of Texas, on the Llano Estacdo, about forty miles north of Lubbock. The county comprises 979 square miles prairie land with the town of Plainview as its county seat. The county has various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Mule Deer, Hog, Pheasant, Quail, Predators, Dove, Crane, Duck and Goose. Local attractions include The Llano Estacado Museum and various cultural events and points of interest.
