This is a 4 day hunt with 6 hunts in the field. We will be hunting for a large mature 8 or 9 point bucks with somewhere around a 140" B & C score. Guide may elect to take a more mature buck if the opportunity arises.

Annual archery only lease part of a 6000 acre strictly managed ranch. We are looking for 1 archery hunter who is interested in long term deer management. This is NOT a cheap lease. Lease fee plus expenses range between 5-6K per year. We are on a 365 day feed program and we don’t shoot many deer.

Corporate Deer Lease/hunts offered in Brazoria County Texas.  We are located less than one hour from Houston Texas.  We have 10-15 trophy hunts available for Big bucks ranging from 160 to 250 BC

The first fall hunt will be November 11 – 14. This hunt is full due to multiple returning hunters, however some spots do occasionally open up.

Located in the golden triangle of South Texas that is recognized for trophy buck potential, this Maverick County low fence year round lease has two spots open for the 2022-2023 season. This ranch has been leased by the same group of hunters since 2055 and is under a MLDP management plan.

Our package is designed for two couples looking for a secluded get away; deer hunting for the guys and wine tasting and shopping for the gals.

We may have 1 opening this year. Last year we took our best deer so far, 186. We are on year 7 of our feed program. We have 16 protein pens and 13 cottonseed. About 25 corn feeders also. Several all weather 2 man tower blinds. Excellent lodging. Great fishing and duck hunting.
