Electicity and water supplied on site The following game is available to be harvested per hunter: 1 Whitetail trophy buck; 1 Whitetail management buck; 2 Whitetail does; 1 exotic buck; 1 exotic doe; and 4 turkeys (turkeys to be harvested during the Fall season only). 

Lessor is seeking management minded hunters only. The price per hunter is $5,000.00 per season.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and blackbuck antelope and turrkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe.  This is a Guarenteed Hunt...you are guarenteed 4 hunts, 2 morning and 2 evening hunts to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.  If you are not offered a reasonable shot at the selected animal of your choice, your hunt is free.  If you are, you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt.  You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt, but it is fully refundable if we do not put you on the selected animal. Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis does hunts available for $500 per doe. .Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy blackbucks.  We also have some trophy blackbucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  The blackbucks are true trophys and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer.
