Cedar, mesquite and pecan.  There are numerous dirt ponds, some with fish.  Game includes whitetail deer, dove, hogs, coyotes and varmints.   Lease includes hunting blinds and deer feeders that are in place.  Hunting quota is a maximum of 15 Buck and 15 does. Ranch is included in Elkins wildlife management area.  There is limited year round access to the property.
