Galveston County Hunting Leases

Galveston County is in the Oak-Prairie wildlife district of Texas and the county seat is the city of Galveston. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the county covers about 450 square miles of mostly bay and marsh estuaries and has heavy population densities on land. Game species include White-tailed Deer, Alligator, Hog, Quail, Predators, Dove, Crane, and Duck. Attractions include Galveston Island, the Galveston Bay System and various local festivals and points of interest.
