New reduced price for this season ,   I am looking for 10 guys to join me on a 11,160 acre Maverick County Lease, this lease goes all the way the Rio Grande River and is 15 miles south of Eagle Pass.  It has lodging for up to 13 with motel style rooms and (3) 1 bedroom lodges with queen beds and full baths. There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. Maverick County Hunting Leases

Maverick County is in the South Texas wildlife district with the town of Eagle Pass as its county seat. It comprises 1,287 square miles of flat brush country along the border with Mexico. The county has various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Predators, Javelina, Hog, Quail, Turkey, Dove, and Duck. Attractions include the Fort Duncan Museum, and various local festivals and points of interest.
