Rusk County Hunting Leases

Rusk County is in the East Texas Pineywoods wildlife district of Texas and comprises 932 square miles of sloping hills and narrow valleys. The town of Henderson is the county seat and is about 120 miles southeast of Dallas. The county has various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Hog, Quail, Turkey, Predators, Dove, and Duck. Recreational activities include Martin Creek Lake, and various cultural events and points of interest.
