Hardeman County Hunting Leases

Hardeman County is in the Panhandle/High Plains wildlife district, on the Oklahoma border about eighty miles north of Amarillo. The county comprises 688 square miles of grassy prairie land with the town of Quanah as its county seat. The county has various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Mule Deer, Hog, Javelina, Quail, Turkey, Predators, Dove, Crane, Duck and Goose. Local attractions include the Medicine Mounds, Lake Pauline, and various cultural events and points of interest.
