Moore County Hunting Leases

Moore County is in the Panhandle/High Plains wildlife district, in the northern panhandle of Texas. The county comprises 909 square miles of High Plains with the town of Dumas as its county seat. The county has various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Mule Deer, Pronghorn, Hog, Quail, Turkey, Predators, Dove, Crane, Duck and Goose. Local attractions include the Moore County Historical Museum, Lake Meredith National Recreation Area, and various cultural events and points of interest.
