Wise County Hunting Leases

Wise County is in the North Central Texas wildlife district, with the town of Decatur as its county seat. The county encompasses 922 square miles of gently rolling hills about 35 miles northwest of Fort Worth. There are various game species for hunting including White-tailed Deer, Hog, Quail, Turkey, Predators, Dove, Crane, Goose and Duck. Attractions include Lake Bridgeport, Lyndon B. Johnson National Grassland, and various local events and points of interest.
