Lease is for first two weeks of deer season through the third weekend (Nov. 4 - November 19). Feeders are filled with corn and blinds are ready to hunt in. Cabin is fully furnished and has central air & heat with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and full kitchen. Children can be hunters. Game is whitetail deer, hogs, coyotes & turkey. This is a year lease that allows access to the ranch year round. This 321 acre ranch is located in both Kinney County and Edwards County and is low fenced with the north fence line being a high fence. New owners, lodging with two separate houses, barn, sea container with easy access from Ranch Road 2523.

New Private Water Hunting members pay an application fee and membership fee to join. The membership includes:

o Access to all hunting club properties & lakes

o Access to hunting reservation system

o Hunting website password

o Additional club privileges Your membership allows for you to hunt with one dependent child 21 years and younger at no charge. Guests or additional children (regardless of age) pay an additional amount per hunt. You may bring the same guest up to 3 times each season. After 3 guest trips, your guest may join as long as there is availability to do so.

Q. How does membership work? A. You may join with a group or as an individual. Club members pay a yearly membership fee to stay active. Active members are able to reserve and hunt all properties.

Q. How much does it cost? A. Group memberships are $1,700 per person each year. Individual memberships are $2,100 per person each year. There is a one-time application fee of $300. As long as you don't let your membership lapse you do not have to pay the application fee again.

Q. What is your Guest Policy? A. You may bring guests, they pay $75.00 per person hunt. You may bring the same guest up to 3 times during the same season. After the third trip, we ask that your guest become a member if spots are available. There is no limit to the number of persons on one reservation.

• This ranch has not been leased for hunting in 3 years. 

• Contiguous pasture groupings are available in sizes of approximately 7600 acres to 8500 acres. 

• A few individual pastures are also available in sizes ranging from approximately 1000 acres to 2700 acres. 

• The ranch is located in Motley County between Paducah and Matador, Texas. 

• This ranch has extremely great trophy potential and is a lease intended for dedicated trophy hunters. This is not a “fill your freezer” type lease.
