Looking for group of 10 responsible hunters to lease this 800-acre ranch 8 miles from Lampasas and 1 hour from Austin City Limits.   Whitetail and hogs.  Turkey hunting allowed, but spring gobbler season not included.  We were planning to do weekend/day leases but changed our minds.  11 Feeders are up.   5 wood blinds are set up.  You must install remaining blinds/stands for 5 hunting spots.  Recommend popup ground blinds or tree stands.  This ranch will be sold soon, so this is a 1-season lease only.   1 Cabin (without water, but a water well is on site) included and electrical hookups for RVs.      Prefer but not require that you use non-lead ammo.  Lease ends January 19. 

Approximately 3800 MLDP acres +/- located near El Sauz, TX for lease for the 2025 /26 season. Total ranch acreage is approximately 14,000 acres high fenced. Price is $18 per acre. Number of hunters to be determined. No more than 6 hunters total. Ranch has been under strict management rules for 20 plus years producing deer scores 200" +/-. Deer are all native South Texas Whitetails. Hunting season is 5 months long through MLDP rules. Protein feeding, food plots planting and land maintenance is to be maintained by the leasing group. The property is a 24 acre mix of wooded and brush area, with deer frequently crossing the property. Several two day leases for up to 2, maybe 3 people, over the season. Reduced rates for single hunter/hunt team seeking multiple leases over the season. Limit of 2 deer per paid hunter per lease or hunting license limit, whichever is less. There are no blinds or feeder (recently broadcast some feed) (you can use your own popup but leave no trace). Insurance required. Further details are provided in the lease agreement. New reduced price for this season ,   I am looking for 10 guys to join me on a 11,160 acre Maverick County Lease, this lease goes all the way the Rio Grande River and is 15 miles south of Eagle Pass.  It has lodging for up to 13 with motel style rooms and (3) 1 bedroom lodges with queen beds and full baths. There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. 550 acres in Walker County. Deer, hogs, small game, varmints.   Year round lease.  90 minutes from Houston, 60 minutes from Conroe, 60 minutes from College Station, 15 minutes from Huntsville.  Primarily wooded.  No cattle on the property.  550 acre lease is bounded by county maintained gravel road, so access is always available.  During wet season a 4x4 will be required to get around the property. Maximum number of hunters is 4.  Total annual rental fee is $12,000. Neither water nor electricity are currently available, but both could be brought on site.

A 217 acre annual lease located in Jim Hogg county. The ranch has an excellent blend of heavy brush and open fields which make for excellent deer hunting and quail and dove hunting. The ranch is low fenced on three sides with neighbors ranches being 1,000 acres or more. Water and electricity are available at the campsite. There is a septic system in place as well as a roof with cement slab to park an RV. A basic RV is at the campsite which could be used for lodging. Each gun would be allowed 1 trophy buck, 1 management buck and 1 doe. Varmints and hogs would be unlimited. Quail and dove season are included in this lease.

We are looking for one trophy-minded hunter to join a group of 14 other hunters.  We have one stand location that has two feed pens already in place.  Also, we have 6 x 6 stand you can pick up pretty cheap. This lease has electricity and water.  You will need a 30 amp travel trailer to stay in.  Your membership will include your spouse and all children that are 18 or younger.  They will be required to hunt with you at all times.  This lease has had two lease managers in 65 years.  I have had it around 20 years.  We have a real, good group of hunters and spouses that enjoy visiting around the camp fire.  If you are a serious hunter call for more information.

This  property has a spring feed creek down the middle and has great access. You don't need a atv to hunt it. Bow hunting only. No dogs.
