2024 Wild Hog Special!!  Daily Hog Lease: $150.  Noon-to-noon because the hogs are active at night.  Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

The Mc4 Ranch is a Cattle, Hunting and Recreational that can be enjoyed by many.  A Family or Company group can spend quality time enjoying hunting, fishing, or just relaxing around the campfire and counting the stars at night.  5,Feeders and Blinds are provided. Three bedroom two bath camp house  with central heat and air, water and electricity.

Base package includes: 10 Trophy WT Bucks, Mgt WT Bucks, WT does, Dove, Turkey, Ducks, Fishing.   Exotics can be hunted at an additional cost per buck  basis. 

MLD WT Season runs October through February

 Coleman Airport has a 4,500 ft paved runway.  Abilene Regional Airport is close.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $250 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is deducted from the Harvest fee.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $425 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Trophy Axis Bucks (29"+)  $1850 and Black buck males (17"+) $1850. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!

Two day hunt (noon on Friday to noon on Sunday is two days). We do hunt all days of the week. 750.00 per hunter One bird bag limit. Additional bird for 650.00. Guest are 100.00 for same two days. Includes lodging but no meals. Bring food and drinks and have some fun. 

Its that time of year again. Offering archery turkey hunts starting  March 30th 2024- May 12th 2024. 1100 acres loaded with birds. 500.00 per hunter for two days hunting. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3% to the total cost for credit card purchases. Lodging included. Bag limit is one turkey tom and two hogs. Bring your bedding, food and drink, blind and decoys and you are set. 50% deposit required to reserve dates.

Package hunt on this beautiful central Texas Hill Country ranch. 337 Acres. Hosting 2-3 guns per weekend. Package cost is $1120 and includes lodging on site in our comfortable bunkhouse. Bunkhouse has electric, heating and AC, running potable water, kitchenette with all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, bunk beds and cots. Hunters may take 2 mature Toms per gun, varmints and predators including hogs. Shotgun only.  Your hunt includes Friday arrival, with hunting on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday.
