Lease is for first two weeks of deer season through the third weekend (Nov. 1 - November 17). Feeders are filled with corn and blinds are ready to hunt in. Cabin is fully furnished and has central air & heat with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and full kitchen. Children can be hunters. Game is whitetail deer, hogs, coyotes & turkey. We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. 1100 acre high fenced ranch intensely managed offering meat hunts for whitetail doe.  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  800.00 for two whitetail doe and two hogs per two day hunt package.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

2024 Wild Hog Special!!  Daily Hog Lease: $150.  Noon-to-noon because the hogs are active at night.  Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Hunt our family-owned property 15 miles from Fredericksburg, and 3 miles from Luckenbach. Hunt approximately 200 acres of low fence on our 500 acre low-fenced property. You will have the option to choose between three blinds. 

One whitetail buck and one whitetail doe are included with each paid gun (not guaranteed).  High-fence Fallow Deer and Blackbucks are also available on a per animal cost.
