2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the deer herd. We are looking for hunters that have the same high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938. Hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We may consider group options that are appealing. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a history and we connect with, old time hunters.

January 2026 Special Late Season Deer Lease {axis does +whitetails (anterless and spikes)}.

Gillespie County, 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX.

5 days, January 7 – 11, 2026 (Wednesday – Sunday)

Lease cost is $2,800 for up to 4 hunters in your single group.

Harvest quota per hunter = a total of 4 deer:  2 axis does + 2 whitetails/antlerless; optional axis buck for $1500.

Hunters must provide their own pop-up blinds.

Recently renovated hunting lodge is included & offers a kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), bunk beds, water, electricity & HVAC.

There is an electric hoist/ gambrel with adjacent water for cleaning and an overhead light for evening work.

A creek runs through the property.

Lease is for the first 2 weeks of deer season, ending at noon Sunday of the third weekend. Feeders are filled with corn & blinds are ready to hunt in. Cabin is fully furnished with central air & heat, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & full kitchen; everything you need except food.  Children can be hunters. Whitetail deer, hogs, turkey & coyotes. 4 hunters@ $1,500/hunter

We are offering one exclusive spot (+1 guest) on a privately managed, 500-acre high-fence ranch. This lease guarantees complete privacy-no other hunters will have access to the property during the lease period.

Whitetail Deer Management hunt – 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  (September 27^th 2025-January 11^th, 2026)  1100 acres high fenced and managed year round.  Bag Limit 5 animals. Bag limit  2 Whitetail management bucks and one doe and two hogs.  Management buck defined as 3 ½ years of age or older 8 points short tined or less and not broken and will not score over 120 P/Y gross inches. If harvested buck scores over 120 inches gross a replacement fee of 200.00 per inch over 120 inches gross will apply.  If management buck has more than 8 points a replacement fee of  1000.00 per point over 8 points.
