This Ranch is located 20 miles northwest of San Angelo, Texas.  The Ranch is ~1950 acres with a seasonal creek running the length.  Located in Tom Green County which is a 5 deer county and completely low-fenced.  We are looking for a group to partner with that wants to be active in the management of the deer herd with harvest and feeding program.   The Ranch has been lightly hunted the last 10 years.  The 3 pastures have a diverse variety of landscapes.  They include everything from cedar breaks, creek bottoms, to mesquite and prickly pear flats.  Easy access from Highway 87.   The campsite has water and electricity available.   Lessee is responsibility for electricity charges.   Hunting vehicles and UTV (side by sides) required in wet weather.  There is wildlife water in each pasture.   Archery or gun hunting is allowed!  Guest privileges allowed to harvest doe and management bucks.  Property has opportunity to harvest white- tailed deer, Rio Grande turkey, and wild hogs.   Leasing to a group, up to 6 members.

425 acres in northern Grimes County.  90 minutes from Houston, 60 minutes from Conroe, 30 minutes from College Station, 30 minutes from Huntsville.  Electricity and water on site.  Combination pasture and wooded. There are cows on site.  Lease includes use of new 950 square foot metal wall and metal roof barn. Barn is not heated but is insulated.  Barn has concrete floor and a full bathroom and shower.  Barn also has 400 square foot covered concrete area outside with outside sink.  425 acre lease area is bounded by paved FM road and county-maintained gravel road, so access is always available.  Lessees have to mow the approximately 1/2 acre around the barn, 4 times a year.  During wet season, a 4x4 will be required to get around the property. 4 ponds on site.

  The property consists of over 3,200 acres of high fence in the East Texas Pineywoods which is located within a 15-minute drive of Nacogdoches and all it has to offer. It was high fenced in the mid-90s and has been enrolled in the TPWD MLD program prior to and since then. Whitetail are the primary game species on the property but there are also plenty of hogs, predators, and you can have a decent dove hunt some years as well. A deer management pen (DMP) and a serious feeding program were established on the property in 2015 which has greatly enhanced the quality and potential of the deer herd. There are miles of well-maintained rock and woods roads along with conservatively 60 acres of dedicated food plot areas. There have been many deer harvested from the property into the 140-170 B&C range over the years and with a management minded group that should only get better. The camp facilities are well maintained and consist of a 3br/2bt mobile home, a 1br/1bt home from the 1920’s, equipment shed and a headquarters building that serves as a central hangout area with a covered skinning rack.

  The landowner employs the services of a professional wildlife biologist to oversee the wildlife operations, DMP pen, feeding programs, and sets the harvest quotas and criteria based on data from various surveys conducted throughout the year. The biologist will provide a harvest summary and report containing survey data at the end of each season. The landowner also provides a protein feeding program, property mowing, road maintenance, operating DMP program, maintained high fence, nice facilities, a beautiful property in general and a solid deer herd. Deer stands and corn feeders are NOT provided at this time. The Texas MLD program permits the landowner to allow hunting with any legal weapon from the beginning of the usual archery season through the end of January. We are looking for an individual to lease the property and bring around 13 members or a cooperate lease situation. Depending on the specifics the annual lease cost is $120,000 per year, plus the cost of food plot materials which fluctuates annually. This is for year round access.

The Spring Meadows Ranch lease is an annual, family-friendly hunting and recreational lease including a furnished 2 bedroom 1 bath house on 150+ acres in northwest Lampasas county near Goldthwaite for a family group of 3 hunters including children for a total of $14,000 per year plus electricity, propane, and water. This low fenced ranch has a large, high quality, whitetail deer herd on it now because it was game managed under a MLD-3 plan that produced big whitetail bucks in the past. A new MLD now called a LWA plan can be put in place at the agreement of both the hunter group and the owner. The ranch has 70% tree cover, a pond for duck hunting and fishing, a great wet weather creek, 4 locations for hunting blinds with 2 feeders per blind, 4 food plots, and several senderos that were cleared for long range sighting of game animals such as whitetail deer, turkey, hogs, dove, small game, and varmints to enjoy, hunt, harvest, enjoy, and/or photograph.  The hunting group that leases this ranch will have exclusive hunting and recreational rights on this lease year round and will not have to share it with any other hunting group.

The owner of this ranch prefers to lease to one family of 3 hunters and their children or grandchildren, or kinfolk. That is so the hunters can teach the next one or two generations the ethics, regulations, and safety of hunting and the proper management, respect, and stewardship of God's creation, the land, natural resources, whitetail deer, and wildlife. We have a 3166 acre high fenced ranch in northern Maverick Co. We are MLD3, so we can hunt from Sept through February. We are looking for up to 3 hunters that are serious about growing big bucks, & can pass good bucks that are less then 6 1/2 years old. I am the owner & will be the 4th spot on the ranch. I don’t deer hunt, but will take my children hunting. We use most of the profit from the hunting & cattle lease to make improvements in the ranch that will help the animals. If you feel you need to take a trophy buck every year this is not the lease for you. We take our trophies at 6. 5 years old or older. We have cameras at all feed pens & target specific management bucks starting at 3 years old. The hunters will be asked to feed protein $ corn year round, cotton seed from January 15th to November 1. We have 9 feed pens for protein & cotton seed, 8 have 2,000 lb feeders, 1 has a 1000 lb feeder. We have 12 blinds in place with corn feeders. You will need to pay $10,000 plus your share of the feed bill. You can hunt any stand on a 1st come basis. You are allowed 1 trophy, 6 1/2 years or older, & any management buck that we identify from our trail cameras or that fit the management buck criteria for that year. We also have to take does. The number depends on our game survey. We have 6 tanks & 5 water sheds to provide water for the wildlife. Families are welcome. We have a covered cleaning area with walk-in cooler & feed shed. There is a covered, lighted cement area with sink & fire pit to relax after the hunt. You can park a trailer next to it or stay in the old ranch house. We have electricity. Water comes from rainfall catchment off the roof of our house. We are located about 12 miles southeast of Spofford, Tx. You access our ranch by taking a caliche road for 10 miles off FM1572. This is an annual whitetail trophy lease that I have been managing for the last 20 years. This is a long-term lease that has been protein fed for over 25 years.

We are interviewing for one trophy-minded hunter to join our lease.  This is a long time membership.  No bow hunting except for summertime hogs and javelins. There are RV hookups, water, and electricity.  There is an onsite cooler.  

Membership is $7500 a gun which is due in two payments.  The first payment of $4400 is due now and the second payment of $3100 is due on September 1st.  Your membership includes yourself, your spouse, and any children 18 years and under.

South Texas Trophy ranch.  Been under intensive management for decades.  Surrounded by big ranches and has deer proof fencing on three sides and the fourth is owned by the same owner and managed in the same manner.  All blinds, feeders and feed pen locations are on the property as well as feed silos, feed trailer, walk in cooler and 4 work vehicles.  Three earthen ponds are on the property in addition to wildlife watering stations at 1/2 mile intervals fed via underground water pipeline.  Only mature 7-8 year old bucks are harvested with live weights normally between 220 and 240 pounds.  Two mobile homes with bunk style bedding with central air/heat and Dish TV.  All protein, cottonseed and corn included in the lease price (last year fed 67 tons protein, 23 tons corn and 22 tons cottonseed).  Seldom have a vacancy most lease members have been on the property for years.  Lease members are expected to help fill feeders, work on blinds etc during Spring, Summer and Fall. 

The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder.  Also I am seeing dove and quail on the property. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. The lease is a 8,000 acre year round lease in Webb County very close to Laredo. Classic South Texas brush and some root plow areas to open up the brush.The lease consists of three pastures, two partially high fenced. All pastures have water, good senderos and good roads. The lease cost is $9,500 which includes corn and all camp fees and insurance,. This a 9 member lease with 2 openings. All members have equal access to all hunting locations. All hunting locations are set up and ready to hunt.  We have 18 hunting locations. Lease is under MLDP Level 3 permit for the last 9 years. This allows us to begin hunting in October. All trophy are expect to at least 6.5 yrs of age or older. We are feeding protein year round ( Double Down) and are bringing water to all the feed staions. There around 18 feeding stations on the ranch with all but a couple of them penned. We are continually doing bulldozer work maintaing senros and roads. We will be rolling chopping this year. Ranch regularly produces bucks in the 150's-170class deer. Past lease members have taken deer in the 170's. Guest are allowed. Members are allowed to take one trophy buck. There are many culls(140 class) and does on the lease for members and guest to hunt.  Dove and duck hunting can be great. Also hogs are available. 

The camp is very safe and clean. Forman live next to camp and looks after all trailers and gear. Camp has water, septic and hook ups and well as room for hunting vehicles. Laredo is 5-10 minutes away and lodging is available very close. 

All existing members are in there 40's and all professionals and have families. We are management mind group looking to grow big South Texas trophies whitetails. So we are looking for 2 people that areTrophy/management minded hunters that want to grow trophy bucks and willing do the work needed to produce quality deer.
