4,797 +/- acres in Kerr County available for the 2025-2026 season which can be long term if all goes well. This ranch is low fenced and is a contiguous piece of land. During the 2024 deer season, this ranch was not hunted. MLD 3 and Year round feeding practices have been implemented. Nice quality hill country bucks, abundance of Rio Grande Turkey, and wild hogs are the available game to hunt. Some free range exotics are on the ranch but the black buck herd are not to be hunted. Lease includes feeders, blinds, and a rustic cabin. Electric and water for RV’s can be installed if needed. Trucks and UTV’s are allowed

Cost: $6,500 per gun plus corn/feed – approximately $7,750 total for each

Family friendly or a guest is allowed. 

Hunting:

-1 Whitetail Buck and MLD quotas for does per gun – free range exotics such as aoudad, fallow, and axis. Black buck not to be hunted

Deer and Spring Turkey Season only 

Feeding:

10 ton corn/feed hopper available and is an additional cost for year round feeding. Average cost for feed per year is roughly $10,000 per year. Feeders will be fed during the offseason however during the season the feeders will be the hunters responsibility.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $250 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is deducted from the Harvest fee.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $425 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Trophy Axis Bucks (29"+)  $1850 and Black buck males (17"+) $1850. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. Contact us for prices which are subject to change and negotiation depending on our backlog.
