BWC is into its 3rd season of management in its 5000 acre property in Hardin County deep East Texas, with some really nice bucks to go after,  and a family friendly environment giving peace of mind with no drama…. We can’t wait to see the improvements that are to follow. We strive to do more for our deer herd and are a group of management minded family friendly hunters. We are a year-round MLD deer lease who prides itself in wildlife management. With 5 months of deer hunting w/rifle and with the capabilities of taking out the needed culls to help improve the deer herd what better opportunity to have to go after that trophy buck,fill the freezer and allow the kids an opportunity at their first deer. We do use a shoot list so you will also watch really nice young bucks grow! We expect our members to feed year round and, be management minded and learn to work as a team to see the desired results come to fruition. We have hogs, bobcats and coyotes as well as whitetail vs deer. If you are serious about being in the outdoors in a family friendly environment and are serious about deer management this might just be the place for you. Located 15 miles north of Rotan, Texas on Hwy 70.  2736 Acres (2072 acres in one block & 664 in another block approximately 1 mile north of the larger property).  Excellent stock tanks with solar-powered water well and electrical pole for camper hookups.  Campers allowed on site.  Property is located in Stonewall and Kent counties. Closest towns are Jayton, Aspermont & Rotan.  

I have 2 spots open on our 2500 acre trophy managed whitetail deer lease near Comstock Texas. The lease has been on the MLD program for 8 years, so we can start rifle hunting in October and hunt through the end of February. We are looking for members who want to hunt, age and shoot mature aged (5.5 years and older) trophy whitetail bucks and are willing to do the year round work, feed and hunting to grow these trophies. WE ARE NOT A MEAT LEASE.

Memberships are family memberships, you can bring up to 3 guests in the off season and 1 guest during deer season. You must feed protein and corn in your area year round. We need hunters willing to find and shoot the right deer that aligns with our trophy management program. This will take going to the lease once every 3 to 4 weeks during season until our tags are filled with the right deer per our management program. In our management program we allow doe, cull bucks, management bucks and trophies to be shot. So there are a number of opportunities for shooting the right animal. I do NOT have the hunting rights to shoot mule deer, dove or quail (very small amount on lease).

We do have travel trailer hooks ups with electricity and water access in camp. There is a shooting range out to 400 yards by camp. You will need your own Protein feeder (at least 1000 lb compacity), corn feeder and stand. We have good roads throughout the lease, but a lot of them you will need a UTV, 4 wheeler, jeep... A full sized truck will have some difficulties getting up some of the roads on the large hills and in very rocky areas

Hill Country Lease Available

(30 minutes West of Kerrville)

4,797 +/- acres in Kerr County available for the 2025-2026 season which can be long term if all goes well. This ranch is low fenced and is a contiguous piece of land. During the 2024 deer season, this ranch was not hunted. MLD 3 and Year round feeding practices have been implemented. Nice quality hill country bucks, abundance of Rio Grande Turkey, and wild hogs are the available game to hunt. Some free range exotics are on the ranch but the black buck herd are not to be hunted. Lease includes feeders, blinds, and a rustic cabin. Electric and water for RV’s can be installed if needed. Trucks and UTV’s are allowed

Cost: $6,500 per gun plus corn/feed – approximately $7,750 total for each

Family friendly or a guest is allowed. 

Hunting:

-1 Whitetail Buck and MLD quotas for does per gun – free range exotics such as aoudad, fallow, and axis. Black buck not to be hunted

Feeding:

10 ton corn/feed hopper available and is an additional cost for year round feeding. Average cost for feed per year is roughly $10,000 per year. Feeders will be fed during the offseason however during the season the feeders will be the hunters responsibility.

1,000 acre ranch located 15 minutes west of Mason available for 2025 seasons.  The ranch is low fenced with an abundance of wildlife.  The lease includes a 3 bedroom/ 1 ba house with garage for the members’ for all hunting seasons (dove, quail, turkey, whitetail deer, hogs, etc. Looking for a group no more than 12 members/ guns.  Please contact for more information. 

This lease has only been hunted once in the last 6 years.  7 feeders and blinds are already in place and included.  30 acre food plot usually planted in winter wheat. 2 small ponds.  RV hookups with water, electric and sewage.  This property is located adjacent to a municipal lake (Lake Trammell) sitting on 900 acres that is off limits to hunting providing a generous population of wildlife.  My other 3 neighbors do not hunt. Terrain is gently rolling with much cover of cedar, mesquite and live oak. All weather roads.  Open pockets of cover and shooting lanes offer shooting opportunities. 5 deer county. 2 bucks 3 doe. No size restrictions. Typical mature buck is 8 point in the 130 class.

8 cottonseed feeders & 2 protein feeders kept full year round , 3 covered tower stands, 2 others stands & a couple of portable stands that need seats. 4th generation  ranch that is well watered. 8.5 acres of alfalfa & 9.5 acres of wheat/tritacale mix.
