Lease has selected dates in October/November/December/January. Bow and rifle hunting.  A total of 61 hunting days.  Looking for 2-3 experienced hunters who work well as a team.  Lease is in the Texas Hill Country. Approximately 200 acres of land 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX. Axis, whitetail, turkey. $20,000 = Lease price. There is a rustic hunters’ cabin on premises with running water, electricity & outhouse.  There is an electric hoist/ gambrel w adjacent water for cleaning and an overhead light for evening work. A creek runs through property. We are interested in a long-term partnership with hunters who plan to renew the lease for multiple years. 

Our ranch has been in our family since 1854 when our descendants arrived from Germany. We are very proud of the ranch and our heritage, and welcome hunters who are experienced and are good stewards of the land.

Hunt our family-owned property 15 miles from Fredericksburg, and 3 miles from Luckenbach. Hunt approximately 200 acres of low fence on our 500 acre low-fenced property. You will have the option to choose between three blinds. 

One whitetail buck and one whitetail doe are included with each paid gun (not guaranteed).  High-fence Fallow Deer and Blackbucks are also available on a per animal cost.
