Texas Hill Country Hunting Lease – Exclusive 6-Hunter Group

Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, this storied cattle ranch has been in the same family for nearly a century — a testament to the land's enduring quality and the careful stewardship that comes with it. Now available after 15 years with the same hunting group, this is a rare opportunity to secure long-term access to proven Hill Country ground.

The Lease: This is an exclusive, single-group lease for up to 6 hunters (guest are allowed and must execute liability waiver upon entrance to ranch) — no split leases, no strangers sharing your camp. We are looking for a committed group seeking a long-term home, just like the last tenants who called this place theirs for a decade and a half. Our family still hunts a portion of the ranch located east of the county road traversing the ranch.  This lease includes approximately 1,500 acres located west of the county road, with private hunting camp secluded and near county road access.  Yes, a guest or your child may harvest an animal, however, this will count toward that hunter's ranch limit for the year.  6 total trophy bucks per year (6 hunters).  Wounded animals will count as harvest.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM PARTNERS TO INVEST IN QUALITY ANIMAL PRODUCTION, YEAR ROUND PROTEIN FEEDING PREFERRED, 3 PROTEIN FEEDERS WITH LARGE PANEL FENCED PENS PROVIDED

Target Species: Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, and wild hogs, bobcats, coyotes (occasional aoudad or axis)

Season Access: Whitetail archery season through the end of regular season( no special seasons) for whitetail and turkey (including spring season). Off-season property access is available with permission/notice for camp and feeder maintenance.

Harvest Allowance (per hunter (6), per season):

  • 1 Trophy buck
  • 1 Cull buck
  • Does — season limit
  • Turkey — season limit
  • Hogs - UNLIMITED
  • Varmints (from blinds, no spotlighting)

Limited Infrastructure Provided:

  • Various Corn feeders/pens (left by old hunters)
  • 3 protein feeders with cattle panel fenced/gated pens
  • Various existing blinds (left by old hunters)
  • Hunting camp with electricity, running water, and RV hook-ups

Hunting Rules: This lease honors the traditions of the Texas Hill Country. All hunting is from blinds — *** no hunting from vehicles or UTVs permitted ***.
