Located 15 miles north of Rotan, Texas on Hwy 70.  2736 Acres (2072 acres in one block & 664 in another block approximately 1 mile north of the larger property).  Excellent stock tanks with solar-powered water well and electrical pole for camper hookups.  Campers allowed on site.  Property is located in Stonewall and Kent counties. Closest towns are Jayton, Aspermont & Rotan.  

I have 2 spots open on our 2500 acre trophy managed whitetail deer lease near Comstock Texas. The lease has been on the MLD program for 8 years, so we can start rifle hunting in October and hunt through the end of February. We are looking for members who want to hunt, age and shoot mature aged (5.5 years and older) trophy whitetail bucks and are willing to do the year round work, feed and hunting to grow these trophies. WE ARE NOT A MEAT LEASE.

Memberships are family memberships, you can bring up to 3 guests in the off season and 1 guest during deer season. You must feed protein and corn in your area year round. We need hunters willing to find and shoot the right deer that aligns with our trophy management program. This will take going to the lease once every 3 to 4 weeks during season until our tags are filled with the right deer per our management program. In our management program we allow doe, cull bucks, management bucks and trophies to be shot. So there are a number of opportunities for shooting the right animal. I do NOT have the hunting rights to shoot mule deer, dove or quail (very small amount on lease).

We do have travel trailer hooks ups with electricity and water access in camp. There is a shooting range out to 400 yards by camp. You will need your own Protein feeder (at least 1000 lb compacity), corn feeder and stand. We have good roads throughout the lease, but a lot of them you will need a UTV, 4 wheeler, jeep... A full sized truck will have some difficulties getting up some of the roads on the large hills and in very rocky areas

This lease has only been hunted once in the last 6 years.  7 feeders and blinds are already in place and included.  30 acre food plot usually planted in winter wheat. 2 small ponds.  RV hookups with water, electric and sewage.  This property is located adjacent to a municipal lake (Lake Trammell) sitting on 900 acres that is off limits to hunting providing a generous population of wildlife.  My other 3 neighbors do not hunt. Terrain is gently rolling with much cover of cedar, mesquite and live oak. All weather roads.  Open pockets of cover and shooting lanes offer shooting opportunities. 5 deer county. 2 bucks 3 doe. No size restrictions. Typical mature buck is 8 point in the 130 class.

The parcel is about 30 minutes south of Columbus, OH.  Much of the land in the area is forested, but there's not a lot of hunting as two large metro parks, a county park and three nature preserves are nearby. Combined the parks and preserves account for nearly 6,000 acres of forest where hunting is not allowed or severely limited.

We’re at the end of a dead-end road in one of the few sparsely populated areas. The land was select-cut logged in  2021, that produced open areas and woods with lots of trails. The tree tops left behind helps the whitetail herd as the deer use the downed tree tops for bedding. The deer love the brier tops that are all around the land.

The terrain is rolling hills, making it easy to get around. Walk through the woods and you'll see deer tracks everywhere and an impressive amount of buck rubs and scrapes. The land hasn’t been lived on for at least six years.

We only schedule three hunts during deer hunting season. Choose from archery rut hunts,  gun hunt in December or a muzzleloader hunt in January. Other outfitters typically schedule hunts weekly, every other week, and some outfitters schedule every two weeks.

We give your hunting party - a minimum of four hunters to a maximum of six hunters -  exclusive use of the land on your seven day hunt.  On a  160 acre parcel, other outfitters allow 8 to 10 hunters to hunt on the land - all at the same time. And most of those hunters are strangers - not part of your party. We want our hunters to feel like they are hunting in their own state park with no interference from outsiders. For 2025, all hunts are $1,500 per hunter for a 7 day hunt.

We offer seven day hunts during deer hunting season - for guns, bow and muzzleloader.  Add-on hunting days can be scheduled for deer bow hunting.

In the winter and summer, night time coyote hunts are available.

Accommodations are available off-site at our luxury apartment suite or you can book a hotel room or cabin in the area.

I am the owner/CEO of a hunting club, we are in our 30th year. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County, in the town of Honey Island, TX. I have a management team aids to sustain and develop our property and family culture. We harvest deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the camp fire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvest game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. We have a camp sites for campers, RV’s or tents. 365 day hunting access each year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit, 4 deer per member. A guest harvest 4 day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Every member receives a window sticker, membership card, gate combination and rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Surveillance cameras are utilized on site and we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.
