Weekend Deer and Turkey Hunts with Lodging on 600-acre in a Hill Country Historic Century Ranch located in the heart of Texas.   Get away to the rugged land of the Hill Country and Edwards Plateau. We're an easy escape from DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin and a stone's throw from Llano, Brady and Mason.  $3000 per weekend - includes up to max of 4 hunters.  Unlimited varmint hunting.  Stay in our historic country home which  includes the original stone structure from the 1860"s.  It's a great place to hang out with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen.  Even a bunkbed for the kids. Plenty of room to spread out and unwind after the hunt! First established by our family in 1857, we are honored to continue the stewardship of our land with our children and grandchildren (the 6th generation enjoying the fruits of our ancestors' labors!). 

New reduced price for this season ,   I am looking for 10 guys to join me on a 11,160 acre Maverick County Lease, this lease goes all the way the Rio Grande River and is 15 miles south of Eagle Pass.  It has lodging for up to 13 with motel style rooms and (3) 1 bedroom lodges with queen beds and full baths. There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

2024 Wild Hog Special!!  Daily Hog Lease: $150.  Noon-to-noon because the hogs are active at night.  Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.
