There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. 2024 Wild Hog Special!!  Daily Hog Lease: $150.  Noon-to-noon because the hogs are active at night.  Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $250 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is deducted from the Harvest fee.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.  If you are not offered a reasonable shot at the selected animal of your predetermined choice, your hunt is free.  If you are, you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt, but it is fully refundable if we do not put you on the selected animal. Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis does hunts available for $425 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Axis Bucks $2500 and Black buck males $2500. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  The black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. 1100 acres high fenced, with a great lodge and intensely managed now booking archery exotic hunts year round. Package is 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter. Lodging included. Additional days can be added at the rate of 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3 % to the total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Archery hunting is also allowed!

Hunters may not live at the property for the duration of the season;  hunting on weekends and holidays.
