The parcel is about 30 minutes south of Columbus, OH.  Much of the land in the area is forested, but there's not a lot of hunting as two large metro parks, a county park and three nature preserves are nearby. Combined the parks and preserves account for nearly 6,000 acres of forest where hunting is not allowed or severely limited.

We’re at the end of a dead-end road in one of the few sparsely populated areas. The land was select-cut logged in  2021, that produced open areas and woods with lots of trails. The tree tops left behind helps the whitetail herd as the deer use the downed tree tops for bedding. The deer love the brier tops that are all around the land.

The terrain is rolling hills, making it easy to get around. Walk through the woods and you'll see deer tracks everywhere and an impressive amount of buck rubs and scrapes. The land hasn’t been lived on for at least six years.

We only schedule three hunts during deer hunting season. Choose from archery rut hunts,  gun hunt in December or a muzzleloader hunt in January. Other outfitters typically schedule hunts weekly, every other week, and some outfitters schedule every two weeks.

We give your hunting party - a minimum of four hunters to a maximum of six hunters -  exclusive use of the land on your seven day hunt.  On a  160 acre parcel, other outfitters allow 8 to 10 hunters to hunt on the land - all at the same time. And most of those hunters are strangers - not part of your party. We want our hunters to feel like they are hunting in their own state park with no interference from outsiders. For 2025, all hunts are $1,500 per hunter for a 7 day hunt.

We offer seven day hunts during deer hunting season - for guns, bow and muzzleloader.  Add-on hunting days can be scheduled for deer bow hunting.

In the winter and summer, night time coyote hunts are available.

Accommodations are available off-site at our luxury apartment suite or you can book a hotel room or cabin in the area.

8 cottonseed feeders & 2 protein feeders kept full year round , 3 covered tower stands, 2 others stands & a couple of portable stands that need seats. 4th generation  ranch that is well watered. 8.5 acres of alfalfa & 9.5 acres of wheat/tritacale mix. This ranch has really not been hunted in the last 4 years except for1 hunter that has come out for 33 yrs.from East Bernard. He has won the heaviest dressed division 3 times in the Trans Pecos Big Buck Tournament.

Accommodations are a Morgan building converted to a hunting cabin that sleeps 4, camp stove , refrigerator, microwave, tv,heater , ac, sink, & table. Bathroom is in another building with sink, shower, toilet,& heater.Fishing Pond out front that has some bass, catfish & perch. BBQ pit.

I am the owner/CEO of a hunting club, we are in our 30th year. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County, in the town of Honey Island, TX. I have a management team aids to sustain and develop our property and family culture. We harvest deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the camp fire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvest game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. I look forward to hunting with all our members, one day passing this deer club down to my children to run. No power onsite, we use generators. We have a camp sites for campers, RV’s or tents. 365 day hunting access each year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit, 4 deer per member. A guest harvest 4 day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Every member receives a window sticker, membership card, gate combination and rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Surveillance cameras are utilized on site and we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. My Grandpa was my hero and my hunting partner, we will continue to honor his vision of having an affordable, close and safe place for families to make memories. Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water.
