The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder.In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allowone lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvestfees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Special White-Wing area dove/quail hunt outside Laredo, TX for groups of 8 or more. Currently taking deposits for upcoming 2017 season. Hunt includes two night lodging, meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, guides, dogs, transportation in field if needed, along with cleaning and packaging of birds after each of two preserve style quail hunts and two afternoon dove hunts. 50% deposit required to reserve dates. Can handle larger groups up to 20 hunters. Our “preserve style” quail hunt we put on is a bit different than other outfitters. Our hunts are run more similar to a true South Texas wild bird hunt, in which our pen birds are put out over several areas and we have the availability to either walk a specific area behind dogs, or run off of Polaris Rangers. Rather than walking back and forth over the same terrain over and over again, we will hunt one area, then move on to another area, allowing us to cover and see more country and have different shot scenarios with each covey we find. A minimum of 100 quail will be put out for every four hunters, for each hunt, allowing each group ample shooting opportunities. Most of the dove hunting will take place around ponds located throughout the property. These areas consistently produce a good number of birds due to the natural food sources and availability of water these stock tanks provide.
