Honey Hole

This lease has only been hunted once in the last 6 years.  7 feeders and blinds are already in place and included.  30 acre food plot usually planted in winter wheat. 2 small ponds.  RV hookups with water, electric and sewage.  This property is located adjacent to a municipal lake (Lake Trammell) sitting on 900 acres that is off limits to hunting providing a generous population of wildlife.  My other 3 neighbors do not hunt. Terrain is gently rolling with much cover of cedar, mesquite and live oak. All weather roads.  Open pockets of cover and shooting lanes offer shooting opportunities. 5 deer county. 2 bucks 3 doe. No size restrictions. Typical mature buck is 8 point in the 130 class.
