The parcel is about 30 minutes south of Columbus, OH.  Much of the land in the area is forested, but there's not a lot of hunting as two large metro parks, a county park and three nature preserves are nearby. Combined the parks and preserves account for nearly 6,000 acres of forest where hunting is not allowed or severely limited.

We’re at the end of a dead-end road in one of the few sparsely populated areas. The land was select-cut logged in  2021, that produced open areas and woods with lots of trails. The tree tops left behind helps the whitetail herd as the deer use the downed tree tops for bedding. The deer love the brier tops that are all around the land.

The terrain is rolling hills, making it easy to get around. Walk through the woods and you'll see deer tracks everywhere and an impressive amount of buck rubs and scrapes. The land hasn’t been lived on for at least six years.

We only schedule three hunts during deer hunting season. Choose from archery rut hunts,  gun hunt in December or a muzzleloader hunt in January. Other outfitters typically schedule hunts weekly, every other week, and some outfitters schedule every two weeks.

We give your hunting party - a minimum of four hunters to a maximum of six hunters -  exclusive use of the land on your seven day hunt.  On a  160 acre parcel, other outfitters allow 8 to 10 hunters to hunt on the land - all at the same time. And most of those hunters are strangers - not part of your party. We want our hunters to feel like they are hunting in their own state park with no interference from outsiders. For 2025, all hunts are $1,500 per hunter for a 7 day hunt.

We offer seven day hunts during deer hunting season - for guns, bow and muzzleloader.  Add-on hunting days can be scheduled for deer bow hunting.

In the winter and summer, night time coyote hunts are available.

Accommodations are available off-site at our luxury apartment suite or you can book a hotel room or cabin in the area.

500 acres with feeders and deer blinds that need work. Has a 1000 sq ft brick camp house with central air and heat, water and electricity. Great quality of whitetail deer in terms of horn size and numbers. Family lease and guests are welcomed. Has excellent dove and whitewing hunting as well as great hog hunting. Seven stock tanks with bass and catfish. Total cost of the lease is $13,750.00 for up to 5 management hunters. Long term lease. Can harvest one mature trophy buck, one mature management buck and one mature doe per hunter.

1000 acres of great hunting. Large quilty and numbers of dove, whitewing, quail and turkey. Large number (7) of stock tanks with catfish and bass. Large camp house with electricity, water and central air and heat. Feeding and lodging included. $25,000.00 for the year round lease for up to 10 hunters.

Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!
