Lee ranch is a 3850 acre contiguous native rangeland, low fence property.   It covers an area in both Brown and Mills county Texas.  Property consists of rolling hills all in native pasture.  Cover includes live oak, post oak, red oak. Cedar, mesquite and pecan.  There are numerous dirt ponds, some with fish.  Game includes whitetail deer, dove, hogs, coyotes and varmints.   Lease includes hunting blinds and deer feeders that are in place.  Hunting quota is a maximum of 15 Buck and 15 does. Ranch is included in Elkins wildlife management area.  There is limited year round access to the property.

386 acres in Menard County available for lease by 4 hunters for the 2026/2027 hunting season. Electricity and water supplied on site. $5,000.00/gun. Each hunter allowed to harvest: 1 white-tail trophy buck, 1 white-tail management buck, 2 white-tail does, 1 exotic buck, 1 exotic doe, and 4 turkeys (turkeys to be harvested in fall season only). Management minded hunters only. Surrounded by large ranches. If interested call after 7 pm. 2800 acres mostly low fenced, game managed protein fed 2015-2024 and  has not been hunted since 2023. Deer herd has been corn fed continually during 2025; however started off 2025 with protein and keep cell cameras on the feeder pens.. We are looking for hunters that have the same experience and high values that we have. So we may not lease to hunters this year but will keep trolling until we find those who we would like to have on the property. We are a family ranch since 1938 and have had old time hunters since the late 1940s. Hunting camp is available with RV hookups, water and electricity.

 Prospective hunters must have verified previous land-owner recommendations in addition to interview with owner. We have a beautiful property and a hunting website that will be available to serious respondents. We will consider all group options that have the same goals that the ranch has. We are surrounded by large non-hunting ranches and are mostly low-fenced. We may consider a larger group if it has a  good history and old time hunters we connect with. Hunters must have their own hunting blinds and feeders. Hunters will be allowed on the property every 8 weeks to keep their corn feeders filled year round. Protein feeding from Feb 16th thru Sept 1st is encouraged for larger antlers but is optional. Children under age 18 are allowed. Children over 18 may come as a guest. All children if hunting will use their parent leaseholder hunter’s tag.

2100 acres of 6500 acre trophy deer lease. Looking for 2 management trophy deer hunters. 4 totals hunters for the lease. $7500 per gun plus share of protein and cottonseed and other lease expenses. Fed year round. One guest per trip. 2100 acres high fenced.  Electric, sewer and water for campers. First payment March 1 and second September 1. This is not a fill your tags lease but growing mature trophies. 

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

Natural Hill Country setting with low-fencing to ensure genetic diversity.  Not a deer farm, but natural hunting in a natural environment on a working ranch.  Bunk house with bathroom and kitchen, and RV hook-ups.  Feed room, lighted skinning rack and walk-in cooler.  Box blinds and feeders available for use, or you may bring your own.  Close to Hill Country State Natural Area and Lost Maples State Park.  Non-hunting guests are allowed with prior permission and a day fee.  To keep the number of hunters low, there is absolutely no lease sharing;  each hunter pays a lease fee.  You will not find a non-paying hunter in your blind or your bunk.  Hunters limited to 13 for the lease.  Looking for mature hunters to add to our current responsible and respectful group .  Absolutely no alcoholic beverages on the lease.  If you will email me, I'll send you more information. 

Exotics are present on the ranch, including fallow, axis, sika, aoudad, hogs and elk.  There is no extra fee for exotics. 

Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the entirety of the season;  hunting on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
