2026 FALL WINTER DEER LEASE – OCT NOV DEC

SEASONAL HUNTING LEASE- WHITETAIL & AXIS DEER

Gillespie County, 5 miles from Fredericksburg, TX.

Specified days of hunting (57 total) in the months of October, November, December 2026

Lease cost is $20,000 for up to 4 hunters in your single group.

PER HUNTER:

Harvest quota per hunter = a total of 5 deer: 

1 WT buck, 1 axis buck,&  3 does (combination of WT & axis)

1 turkey

Optional Trophy buck (either WT or Axis) for $2,500 extra--payment due at time of harvest

Hunters must provide their own blinds & feeders. Some feeder pens available for your use.

Recently renovated hunting cabin is included & offers a full kitchen, bathroom (sink, toilet, shower), 3 twin bunk beds (total of 6 beds), table, chairs, water, electricity, HVAC & lighted gambrel for deer cleaning.

Wooded pastureland. A creek runs throughout the property.
