New reduced price for this season ,   I am looking for 10 guys to join me on a 11,160 acre Maverick County Lease, this lease goes all the way the Rio Grande River and is 15 miles south of Eagle Pass.  It has lodging for up to 13 with motel style rooms and (3) 1 bedroom lodges with queen beds and full baths. There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times.
