New reduced price for this season ,   I am looking for 10 guys to join me on a 11,160 acre Maverick County Lease, this lease goes all the way the Rio Grande River and is 15 miles south of Eagle Pass.  It has lodging for up to 13 with motel style rooms and (3) 1 bedroom lodges with queen beds and full baths. There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. I have three privately owned ranches between Llano and Mason ranging from 100 acres to 500 acres each. I do not mix parties, so your group will have the entire lease. The price for the smallest pasture is $450 per day for up to 3 hunters, the middle size pasture is $500 per day for up to 4 hunters and the larger pasture is $1200 per day for up to 8 hunters. There is a 3 day minimum hunt. All pastures have cabins with electricity, beds, frig, table, chairs and running water. All have working corn feeders and three sided ground stands with roofs. I allow each hunter to kill 2 bucks in November and either 2 bucks or 1 buck and 1 doe in December. I allow bow hunting during October. The cost for bow hunting is $100 per day per hunter. I do not charge a kill fee. I do not allow 4-wheelers and ask that you only drive on established roads. There are openings available in November and December.
