Weekend Deer and Turkey Hunts with Lodging on 600-acre in a Hill Country Historic Century Ranch located in the heart of Texas.   Get away to the rugged land of the Hill Country and Edwards Plateau. We're an easy escape from DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin and a stone's throw from Llano, Brady and Mason.  $3000 per weekend - includes up to max of 4 hunters.  Unlimited varmint hunting.  Stay in our historic country home which  includes the original stone structure from the 1860"s.  It's a great place to hang out with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen.  Even a bunkbed for the kids. Plenty of room to spread out and unwind after the hunt! First established by our family in 1857, we are honored to continue the stewardship of our land with our children and grandchildren (the 6th generation enjoying the fruits of our ancestors' labors!). 

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $250 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is deducted from the Harvest fee.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.  If you are not offered a reasonable shot at the selected animal of your predetermined choice, your hunt is free.  If you are, you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt, but it is fully refundable if we do not put you on the selected animal. Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis does hunts available for $425 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Axis Bucks $2500 and Black buck males $2500. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  The black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. Contact us for prices which are subject to change and negotiation depending on our backlog. Package hunt on this beautiful central Texas Hill Country ranch. 337 Acres. Hosting 2-3 guns per weekend. Package cost is $1120 and includes lodging on site in our comfortable bunkhouse. Bunkhouse has electric, heating and AC, running potable water, kitchenette with all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, bunk beds and cots. Hunters may take 2 mature Toms per gun, varmints and predators including hogs. Shotgun only.  Your hunt includes Friday arrival, with hunting on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday departure.
