8 cottonseed feeders & 2 protein feeders kept full year round , 3 covered tower stands, 2 others stands & a couple of portable stands that need seats. 4th generation  ranch that is well watered. 8.5 acres of alfalfa & 9.5 acres of wheat/tritacale mix. This ranch has really not been hunted in the last 4 years except for1 hunter that has come out for 33 yrs.from East Bernard. He has won the heaviest dressed division 3 times in the Trans Pecos Big Buck Tournament.

Accommodations are a Morgan building converted to a hunting cabin that sleeps 4, camp stove , refrigerator, microwave, tv,heater , ac, sink, & table. Bathroom is in another building with sink, shower, toilet,& heater.Fishing Pond out front that has some bass, catfish & perch. BBQ pit.

Weekend Deer and Turkey Hunts with Lodging on 600-acre in a Hill Country Historic Century Ranch located in the heart of Texas.   Get away to the rugged land of the Hill Country and Edwards Plateau. We're an easy escape from DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin and a stone's throw from Llano, Brady and Mason.  $3000 per weekend - includes up to max of 4 hunters.  Unlimited varmint hunting.  Stay in our historic country home which  includes the original stone structure from the 1860"s.  It's a great place to hang out with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen.  Even a bunkbed for the kids. Plenty of room to spread out and unwind after the hunt! First established by our family in 1857, we are honored to continue the stewardship of our land with our children and grandchildren (the 6th generation enjoying the fruits of our ancestors' labors!). 

New reduced price for this season ,   I am looking for 10 guys to join me on a 11,160 acre Maverick County Lease, this lease goes all the way the Rio Grande River and is 15 miles south of Eagle Pass.  It has lodging for up to 13 with motel style rooms and (3) 1 bedroom lodges with queen beds and full baths. There is a Cantina style cabin and Full kitchen with a large social room for hanging out. There is 25 blinds along with sum corn and feeders and protein feeders. There is a covered pavilion and another covered place for your hunting vehicles . There is also another covered area for a couple of RV's with hook ups, Once at camp you will never walk in mud since its all concrete with sidewalks. a cook is available for a small fee and also a ranch hand to help with filling the feeders. There are 23 tanks that hold water reaaly well and  I was told there is fish in it,  The price does not your feed , electric , utilities and the aerial deer survey. All expenses will be divided equally between all the members. This lease has a variety of range condtions from heavy brush to sum rolling hills, We are MLD 3 and can hunt from September to the end of February and it is year round , as of right now we are guaranteed 33 buck tags and 66 doe tags and thats based on bad drought year , those number will increase after the survey.  This ranch is family friendly and guest are welcomed. Axis, Blackbuck and Fallow Hunts

Price is per Hunter and includes lodging, guide, meals and 1 Axis or 1 Blackbuck trophy. 
Additional Axis does can be harvested after trophy hunt for $500 each. 
Fallow Trophy- 1 Chocolate Fallow available-$6000. Can send pictures if interested. 

Looking for Spring Turkey hunters. Located east of Sonora, this ranch has an abundance of turkeys. We offer a furnished cabin. This $300 per gun hunt includes 2 night stay and 1 gobbler. Additional gobbler $100.00. A minimum of 2 hunters. We also offer Axis and hog hunts. Contact for information, pricing and availability. Guests welcome. Children 16 and under stay free. Check in Friday noon and checkout Sunday noon.

Natural Hill Country setting with low-fencing to ensure genetic diversity.  Not a deer farm, but natural hunting in a natural environment on a working ranch.  Bunk house with bathroom and kitchen, and RV hook-ups.  Feed room, lighted skinning rack and walk-in cooler.  Box blinds and feeders available for use, or you may bring your own.  Close to Hill Country State Natural Area and Lost Maples State Park.  Non-hunting guests are allowed with prior permission and a day fee.  To keep the number of hunters low, there is absolutely no lease sharing;  each hunter pays a lease fee.  You will not find a non-paying hunter in your blind or your bunk.  Hunters limited to 13 for the lease.  Looking for mature hunters to add to our current responsible and respectful group .  Absolutely no alcoholic beverages on the lease.  If you will email me, I'll send you more information. 

Exotics are present on the ranch, including fallow, axis, sika, aoudad, hogs and elk.  There is no extra fee for exotics. 

Lease is for the regular white-tail season.  No bow hunting.  No extended season.  Spring hunts available after hunters complete a white-tail sesaon, at the owner's discretion and for an extra fee.

Hunters may not live at the property for the duration of the season;  hunting on weekends and holidays.
