Season Dove Lease Waxahachie/Italy, TX

You may lease out one spot as an individual or entire field as a group.  No war zones on opening morning, all of our fields are private and strictly managed to prevent over hunting.  Limited amount of hunters will be allowed on each lease no more than 1 hunter for every 10 acres will be allowed and absolutely NO guiding on these properties.  Lease holders are the only individuals that will have the hunting rights for dove season.  

WAX 255___________ Waxahachie, Tx

This lease is located just 30 miles south of Dallas right on HW 35 making for easy access. Split into five fields, there are two small ponds and one large pond on the property for fishing before and after hunts. The field is planted in wheat this year.  Wheat will be harvested this summer as well as fields produce a good amount of native sunflower regrowth after harvest.

MILFORD 338__________________Milford, Tx

Property consists of two fields totaling 338 acres of wheat located right of I-35 in Milford, TX only about 45 miles south of Dallas. Hardwood tree line on the North end with sparse to heavy tree lines around the remainder of the borders. This is a giant field with tons of space for everyone. Lots of native sunflowers once the wheat has been harvested.  Field will be lightly plowed, leaving strips of wheat stubble and native sunflowers around the perimeter and throughout property.

Forest 176___________Forreston, Tx

Just south of Waxahachie in Forreston, TX this 176  acre wheat field.  Wheat will be harvested this summer.  Field typically has good native sunflower growth after harvest.  Large soil conservation lake is located directly across the street.  Power lines run through the middle of the property making a prime roosting spot for dove. Both splits included.

This field is located just 30 minutes south of Dallas near Forreston, Tx. It has a large hardwood tree line stretch one half mile on the North and west side. This field was planted in corn this year.  However due to heavy spring rains native sunflowers have taken over the crop.  Field will be cut prior to season.

This field is conveniently located off of I-35 south of Waxahachie in Forreston, Tx. It consists of multiple hunting areas planted in wheat.  Several tree lines, water ways, and fence lines throughout the property.  Large hard wood tree and creek line on south side of field. Typical native sunflower growth after wheat harvest.

This field is a private field for a group of up to 10 hunters located just 35 minutes south of Dallas near Italy, Tx, right on HW 35. It has a large hardwood tree line on the west side containing one small seasonal pond. The field was planted in grain corn, it will be harvested in August before opening day.  Due to spring rain many native sunflowers come in as well.

Creek bottoms and plentiful water tend to make the best dove hunting during dry Texas summers.  We have over 400 acres of creek bottoms huge shade trees and numerous ponds.  The property is made of a few different fields planted in grain corn and wheat. Bermuda pasture with good tree and fence lines and gravel road running the length of the property. Native sunflowers and numerous ponds throughout the property.  Grain will be harvested this summer prior to opening day.  Right off of FM 667 in Italy, Tx just a 45 minute drive from Downtown Dallas.

This lease is located just south of Italy, Tx. There are three adjacent fields that make up this property. Two of them are planted in corn to be harvested prior to the season. The other is a hay pasture with one small pond that borders a large conservation lake on the neighboring property.  Good tree lines for roosting and gravel roads border two sides. Known to be a great area for dove in the county.

This lease is a dove hunters paradise. With 214 acres there is plenty of room to move around.  The leases consists of rolling hills of pasture land with many tree lines and fence lines throughout, surrounded by crop fields on all sides and bordered by gravel roads, power lines, and a 20 acre lake. There are 6 ponds on the property up to 2 acres in size. Located less than an hour from DFW.  Looking for 15 hunters at $400/ea.

This field makes for some great hunts. This property has 3 nice ponds spread out throughout the party allowing you to keep the birds moving. With mesquite patches and hardwoods lining the property provide great roosts for birds coming in the evening for water and roosting. This 250 acre property is made up of half Corn field and half native pastureland, few native sunflowers around the fields. Located right off Hwy 22 in Frost, Tx gives you easy access from I-35E or I-45.
