Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Hunt our family-owned property 15 miles from Fredericksburg, and 3 miles from Luckenbach. Hunt approximately 200 acres of low fence on our 500 acre low-fenced property. You will have the option to choose between three blinds. 

One whitetail buck and one whitetail doe are included with each paid gun (not guaranteed).  High-fence Fallow Deer and Blackbucks are also available on a per animal cost.

Now offering spring axis/turkey hunts on May 2 - 5, 2025. The hunt will include all meals and lodging as well as:

2 axis bucks (any size)
4 axis doe
2 turkey
All the hogs or other varmint you can shoot

Price is $5,100 for a single hunter, $5,500 for a family hunt (two first order relatives) and $5,900 for a buddy hunt (any two people). Processing services are not included but are available.

This is a great find. It's close to town and has a ton of hunting/fishing. We manage the heard and keep an eye on numbers. Our local bucks get a solid 8 pts, with the occasion wandering buck that's a 10 or bigger. Every year each hunter can fill his 5 tags with ease. In the past each hunter has taken 2-3 deer, so we have a good population. In addition to whitetail there is a fairly good size rafter of turkeys, a good size squadron of Javelina population (20-30), lots of dove, a few racoons (fat on corn), bobcats down by the river, and several grey foxes.

There are currently 3 blinds on corn year-round with nobody hunting the back 200 acres around the bass lake. 1 belongs the other hunter, and I maintain the other 2. As I won’t be hunting much if at all this year, you are welcome to use one of those spots if you prefer. You can have your own area, pretty much anywhere you like. The area is large enough that everybody can spread out with ease (which is why I limit the leases to 3).

There are no restrictions, I do ask that you respect the other hunters and their property. I've never had a problem with theft or vandalism. I maintain security cameras around the base camp for obvious reasons. I can turn them off remotely if you are onsite and want additional privacy.

I have no problem with the occasion hunting guest. The county allows for 5 deer tags, any deer shot by a guest comes from your five. Nobody is checking, it’s an honor-based system.

Families are always welcome, as guests or hunters (same rules as above for white tail). I and the other hunter bring our wives with every trip. You’re welcome to bring the whole family including  the dog(s).

Border patrol comes through every so often doing their rounds. I have an understanding with the local station that restricts them to the roads, and they do not use the ATV trails. During hunting season, they work hard not to come through at peak times (morning and evening).

The lease runs form April 1 to April 1.  I’m a little late this year getting this out for various reasons, but if you hurry you can sign up for the turkey season which runs through April.

I’ve been on many leases over the years this is by far the best one. I’d love to bring on another hunter or family that will keep to maintain this special place, special.

This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $375 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (28"+)  $1850 and Black buck males (15"+) $1850. Turkeys $150 ea. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

Special White-Wing area dove/quail hunt outside Laredo, TX for groups of 8 or more.  Currently taking deposits for upcoming 2017 season.  Hunt includes two night lodging, meals, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, guides, dogs, transportation in field if needed, along with cleaning and packaging of birds after each of two preserve style quail hunts and two afternoon dove hunts. 50% deposit required to reserve dates. Can handle larger groups up to 20 hunters.

Our “preserve style” quail hunt we put on is a bit different than other outfitters. Our hunts are run more similar to a true South Texas wild bird hunt, in which our pen birds are put out over several areas and we have the availability to either walk a specific area behind dogs, or run off of Polaris Rangers.  Rather than walking back and forth over the same terrain over and over again, we will hunt one area, then move on to another area, allowing us to cover and see more country and have different shot scenarios with each covey we find. A minimum of 100 quail will be put out for every four hunters, for each hunt, allowing each group ample shooting opportunities.

Most of the dove hunting will take place around ponds located throughout the property.  These areas consistently produce a good number of birds due to the natural food sources and availability of water these stock tanks provide.
