The property is a 24 acre mix of wooded and brush area, with deer frequently on and crossing the property. Several two day leases for up to 2, maybe 3 people, over the season. Reduced rates for single hunter/hunt team seeking multiple leases over the season. Limit of 2 deer per paid hunter per lease or hunting license limit, whichever is less. There are no blinds or feeder (you can use your own popup but leave no trace). Insurance required. Further details are provided in the lease agreement. No commercial hunting.

Located 15 minutes south of Uvalde and just off the Nueces River bottom along FM 1436.  We offer hunts during the Special White Wing Season and South Zone where we hunt over (Milo) fields surrounded by Sunflower Fields.  We have plenty of shade trees, 3 water ponds and located just off the Nueces River Flyway….  Ideally suited for 10 - 12 hunters.  

Axis, Blackbuck and Fallow Hunts

Price is per Hunter and includes lodging, guide, meals and 1 Axis or 1 Blackbuck trophy. 
Additional Axis does can be harvested after trophy hunt for $500 each. 
Fallow Trophy- 1 Chocolate Fallow available-$6000. Can send pictures if interested. 

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

Whitetail Doe and Hog Pkg. (September 27^th, 2025 – January 30th 2026 or longer depending on tags available) - $800.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit is two whitetail Doe and two Hogs per two days hunting  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

1100 acre ranch high fenced and intensely managed offering Ram hunts for 1200.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit one ram (must be a full curl or larger), one axis doe or one whitetail doe(in season) and two hogs per two days hunting.  11 feeders set with either a tripod or ground blind feeding year round.  Lodging included.  Bring bedding, bath towels, food and drinks, Charcoal for grilling.  

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $350 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is waived.   Dayhunt package includes 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score. You are guaranteed to have a reasonable opportunity to harvest the animal of your choice.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published harvest fee or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $300 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $475 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Average Axis and Blackbuck males $750, Trophy Axis Bucks (32"+)  $2750 and Black buck males (15"+) $2750. Turkeys $150 ea. Animals with lessor scores are also available at a quoted price.  Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. We have cleaning area with hanging rack, stainless steel cutting table and water for caring for your game. 1100 acres high fenced, with a great lodge and intensely managed now booking archery exotic hunts year round. Package is 1000.00 for two days hunting per hunter. Lodging included. Additional days can be added at the rate of 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3 % to the total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

--1100 acres high fenced property and intensely managed and protein fed year round.  $1200.00 for two days hunting per hunter. (September 27^th, 2025-Jan. 15th, 2026) Limit 2 deer, 4 animals total. 1 whitetail buck, (6 ½ yrs or older and up to 140 P/Y inches gross score. Any buck that scores over 140 P/Y gross inches we will add a kill fee of 100.00 per inch above 140 gross inches.  Example: buck scores 150 gross inches the kill fee of 1000.00 will be added to cost of your hunt (2200.00 total cost of your hunt for a 150 inch deer based on two days hunting) If buck scores 160 gross inches 2000.00 be added to cost of your hunt and so on) and one whitetail doe and two hogs per two days hunting. A 2000.00 replacement fee will apply if buck is under 6 1/2 years of age. Example: shoot a 150 inch deer that’s 4.5 years old total cost of your hunt will be 1200.00 for hunt+2000.00 for under 6.5 years of age+1000.00 for 10 inches over 140 inches your total cost is 4200.00  Aging of whitetail deer will be done by the tooth replacement and wear method from Texas Parks and Wildlife.   Additional days can be added to your package at 600.00 per day if you have not harvested your trophy buck.  If you have harvested a trophy in two days hunting you cannot hunt another trophy but can hunt for management bucks.   

Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, wash and dry towels, food and drinks and you are set. Sit on one of 11 feeders throwing corn twice daily or bring your own ladder stand or tripod.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!

Two day hunt (noon on Friday to noon on Sunday is two days). We do hunt all days of the week. 750.00 per hunter One bird bag limit. Additional bird for 650.00. Guest are 100.00 for same two days. Includes lodging but no meals. Bring food and drinks and have some fun.

Its that time of year again. Offering archery turkey hunts starting  March 28th 2026- May 10th 2026. 1100 acres loaded with birds. 500.00 per hunter for two days hunting. Bag limit is one turkey tom and two hogs. Bring your bedding, food and drink, blind and decoys and you are set. 50% deposit required to reserve dates.

Package hunt on this beautiful central Texas Hill Country ranch. 337 Acres. Hosting 2-3 guns per weekend. Package cost is $1120 and includes lodging on site in our comfortable bunkhouse. Bunkhouse has electric, heating and AC, running potable water, kitchenette with all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffee makers, refrigerator, bunk beds and cots. Hunters may take 2 mature Toms per gun, varmints and predators including hogs. Shotgun only.  Your hunt includes Friday arrival, with hunting on Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday.
