The property is a 24 acre mix of wooded and brush area, with deer frequently crossing the property. Several two day leases for up to 2, maybe 3 people, over the season. Reduced rates for single hunter/hunt team seeking multiple leases over the season. Limit of 2 deer per paid hunter per lease or hunting license limit, whichever is less. There are no blinds or feeder (recently broadcast some feed) (you can use your own popup but leave no trace). Insurance required. Further details are provided in the lease agreement. Open to some meat for hunt barter. No commercial hunting.

Weekend Deer and Turkey Hunts with Lodging on 600-acre in a Hill Country Historic Century Ranch located in the heart of Texas.   Get away to the rugged land of the Hill Country and Edwards Plateau. We're an easy escape from DFW, Houston, San Antonio and Austin and a stone's throw from Llano, Brady and Mason.  $4000 per weekend - includes up to max of 4 hunters.  Unlimited varmint hunting.  Stay in our historic country home which  includes the original stone structure from the 1860"s.  It's a great place to hang out with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen.  Even a bunkbed for the kids. Plenty of room to spread out and unwind after the hunt! First established by our family in 1857, we are honored to continue the stewardship of our land with our children and grandchildren (the 6th generation enjoying the fruits of our ancestors' labors!). 

Located 15 minutes south of Uvalde and just off the Nueces River bottom along FM 1436.  We offer hunts during the Special White Wing Season and South Zone where we hunt over Giant Sunflowers,  Milo (Maze), seasame fields.&  plenty of shade trees, 3 water ponds and located just off the Nueces River Flyway….  Ideally suited for 10 - 12 hunters.  

I have been managing this lease for 20 years.  We are looking for one hunter to join our group of great guys.  Water and 30 amp trailer hookups are provided.  No bow hunting, no guest.  Just you and your immediate family.  You get two stand locations and you are responsible for your equipment, protein, and corn.

I am the owner/CEO of a hunting club, we are in our 30th year. We run 20 members on 2,000 acres, located in Hardin County, in the town of Honey Island, TX. I have a management team aids to sustain and develop our property and family culture. We harvest deer, hogs, bobcats and coyotes mostly, more importantly we make memories with our families and friends. There is nothing like telling them ole stories around the camp fire, seeing who brings back the biggest deer to camp. Every man should experience seeing his child harvest game, pride and emotion will overwhelm you. Nothing beats spending time in the woods with your loved ones. I look forward to hunting with all our members, one day passing this deer club down to my children to run. No power onsite, we use generators. We have a camp sites for campers, RV’s or tents. 365 day hunting access each year. Each paying member gets one area to hunt, we don’t micromanage the number of deer stands and feeders each member can have in their hunting area, it’s up to the member. We go with the Hardin County bag limit, 4 deer per member. A guest harvest 4 day weekend, is available Thursday-Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, each member can bring one guest to hunt their spot for the 4 days only, guest must have a valid TX hunting license, each guest can harvest one legal deer, unlimited hogs and unlimited predators during the 4 days. Spouse and immediate children in school, hunt at no additional charge, from the members spot. Feeding, planting and minerals are highly recommended. We have annual clean up days and meetings. Every member receives a window sticker, membership card, gate combination and rules/contract to sign for record keeping. Surveillance cameras are utilized on site and we maintain close relationships with the local State Game Wardens. My Grandpa was my hero and my hunting partner, we will continue to honor his vision of having an affordable, close and safe place for families to make memories. We are currently looking for 4 serious management minded FAMILY. Kids/Friends can hunt with you but will draw from one of your 4-5 tags. We are looking for someone that wants to plant foodplots and feed protein to better the herd in their area. We are not looking for someone to put 2 bags of protein out and say the feed protein. Each person gets 250 acres or more to their self.

Normal hunting rate is $200 first day and $150 per each additional consecutive day, per hunter. Hurry while slots are available! The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

Hunt our family-owned property 15 miles from Fredericksburg, and 3 miles from Luckenbach. Hunt approximately 200 acres of low fence on our 500 acre low-fenced property. You will have the option to choose between three blinds. 

One whitetail buck and one whitetail doe are included with each paid gun (not guaranteed).  High-fence Fallow Deer and Blackbucks are also available on a per animal cost.

2 axis bucks (any size)

All the hogs or other varmint you can shoot

Price is $5,100 for a single hunter, $5,500 for a family hunt (two first order relatives) and $5,900 for a buddy hunt (any two people). Processing services are not included but are available.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $250 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is deducted from the Harvest fee.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.   If you are successful, and harvest an animal of your choice,  you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt less one (1) days hunt fee. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt.  Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis and blackbuck doe hunts available for $425 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Trophy Axis Bucks (29"+)  $1850 and Black buck males (17"+) $1850. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy axis and black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  These black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!
