Price is per Hunter and includes lodging, guide, meals and 1 Axis or 1 Blackbuck trophy. 
Additional Axis does can be harvested after trophy hunt for $500 each.

We are looking for a few family friendly management minded hunters. We are all about wildlife management and outdoor family fun. We are not a party lease, we are here to hunt and enjoy the outdoors. Children are more than welcome after all they are the future of our second amendment rights and what better way to get them off technology and get them in the outdoors. We pass on 4&1/2 year old 8 and 10 points, but shoot culls so the kiddos have their opportunity to enjoy hunting. We are MLD 3/ conservation so we hunt fron the 1st weekend in October till February 28th with riffle. Let’s enjoy the outdoors and hunt a longer rifle season together. We are serious about our hunting and family friendly environment so if you can’t be respectful please don’t respond. Lease price also includes a year supply of minerals we use for herd health and antler growth.

We are looking for someone that wants to plant foodplots and feed protein to better the herd in their area. We are not looking for someone to put 2 bags of protein out and say the feed protein. Each person gets 250 acres or more to their self.

This is an annual whitetail trophy lease that I have been managing for the last 20 years. This is a long-term lease that has been protein fed for over 25 years.

We are interviewing for one trophy-minded hunter to join our lease.  This is a long time membership.  No bow hunting except for summertime hogs and javelins. There are RV hookups, water, and electricity.  There is an onsite cooler.  

Membership is $7500 a gun which is due in two payments.  The first payment of $4400 is due now and the second payment of $3100 is due on September 1st.  Your membership includes yourself, your spouse, and any children 18 years and under.

South Texas Trophy ranch.  Been under intensive management for decades.  Surrounded by big ranches and has deer proof fencing on three sides and the fourth is owned by the same owner and managed in the same manner.  All blinds, feeders and feed pen locations are on the property as well as feed silos, feed trailer, walk in cooler and 4 work vehicles.  Three earthen ponds are on the property in addition to wildlife watering stations at 1/2 mile intervals fed via underground water pipeline.  Only mature 7-8 year old bucks are harvested with live weights normally between 220 and 240 pounds.  Two mobile homes with bunk style bedding with central air/heat and Dish TV.  All protein, cottonseed and corn included in the lease price (last year fed 67 tons protein, 23 tons corn and 22 tons cottonseed).  Seldom have a vacancy most lease members have been on the property for years.  Lease members are expected to help fill feeders, work on blinds etc during Spring, Summer and Fall. 

1100 acre high fenced ranch intensely managed offering meat hunts for whitetail doe.  11 feeders feeding year round with a tripod or ground blind on them.  800.00 for two whitetail doe and two hogs per two day hunt package.  Lodging included.  Bring your bed roll, bath towels, food and drinks, charcoal for grilling.  50% deposit to book dates.  

1100 acre ranch high fenced and intensely managed offering Ram hunts for 1200.00 for two days hunting per hunter.  Bag limit one ram (must be a full curl or larger), one axis doe or one whitetail doe(in season) and two hogs per two days hunting.  A replacement fee of 1200.00 will apply if your ram is under one full curl. 11 feeders set with either a tripod or ground blind feeding year round.  Lodging included.  Bring bedding, bath towels, food and drinks, Charcoal for grilling.  

The property is 9 acres and fully fenced, and is a mix of wooded/brush areas, clearings, 2 caliche pits, and trails. The property has deer that show up at the feeder (deer corn) most days (does and periodically bucks), hogs, turkey, small game like rabbits, and occasional predators. There are also turkey that that feed at an elevated turkey feeder.  Also I am seeing dove and quail on the property. In addition to the feeders there is an elevated hunting blind for a single hunter, located about 35 yards from the deer feeder. The property is relatively small, so a single hunter for each lease period using bow or shotgun is preferred. I will allow 2 people as lessees on a single lease, assuming you will be safely working together. But I only allow one lease at a time (your lease would have exclusive use during the term of the lease). Limit of 1 deer or wild turkey per three-day lease period (or permit limit, whichever is less) but no harvest fees. Must remove the entire animal from the property, no carcasses or animal parts are to be disposed of on the property. There is no guarantee that you will be successful in harvesting an animal, the lease provides an opportunity, not a guarantee of success. Prices are $200 per day per hunter, or $350 per person for 2 consecutive days.

The ranch is opening up 6 leases for the 23/24 season in 2750 acres of low fenced S Texas plains for whitetail deer hunting . Ample opportunity for that big S Texas buck, hogs, predators and more. Lease will allow 2-4 guns; 2 adults or 2 adult and 2 minors. Electric and Water hookups at designated RV/camping area. Also partial access to 1300acres of high fenced pastures in the MLD program.

Package hunts for whitetail bucks, does, axis deer and black buck antelope and turkey. 450 high fenced Acres in Texas Hill Country close to Harper Texas. Ranch is rolling hills cleared of all cedar.  Rifle hunting only. Price is per animal based on size of trophy and doe hunting is based on per doe. This is a day hunt lease and it works like this.....you pay $250 hunt fee per day, per person to hunt and if you harvest your animal the hunt fee is deducted from the Harvest fee.  This is a Guaranteed Hunt...you are guaranteed 2 hunts, 1 morning and 1 evening hunt per day to hunt for the animal of your choice and B&C score.  If you are not offered a reasonable shot at the selected animal of your predetermined choice, your hunt is free.  If you are, you only pay the published or agreed to price before the hunt. ( If an animal is wounded, We will try to find it but if it can not be retrieved, it will be counted as a Harvest and the full fee will be applied).   You will be required to make a deposit for the hunt, but it is fully refundable if we do not put you on the selected animal. Whitetail doe hunts available for $250 per doe.. Axis does hunts available for $600 per doe. Cull/Mgmt Bucks $750, Trophy WT hunts quoted upon request, Axis Bucks $2500 and Black buck males $2500. Limited number available so make reservations and deposits early. We have some fine trophy black bucks.  We may also have some trophy black bucks with broken horns that we sell to hunters for only $750.  The black bucks are true trophies and taxidermists can repair or replace horns for very little extra.....well worth the cost if you are looking for a trophy for the wall, and meat in the freezer. Additional days can be added at the rate of 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3 % to the total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is your choice of either a mature axis buck(must be hard horned and have at least one main beam of 27 inches or longer measured from the bur to the tip following the beam) and one axis doe and two hogs per two days hunting. If your buck is under 27 inches in length on one main beam a replacement fee of 2000.00 will apply. You can hunt one of the 11 feeders going off twice a day or set up on feed route through the ranch. Bring your food, drinks, bedding, wash and dry towels and bag of corn and your set. ATV/UTV's are welcome to get around the ranch. The kitchen is fully furnished.

1100 acres high fenced, heavily managed and protein fed year round booking package archery hunts. This is a Level 3- MLD ranch. 1000.00 per hunter for two day package hunt. Noon on one day to noon on the third day. Additional days can be added to your package at 500.00 per day. Hunt price reflects a 3% cash/check discount. This discount is not valid for credit card purchases. Add 3% to total cost for credit card purchases. Bag limit is one 6 1/2 year old whitetail buck, two whitetail does and two hogs per two days hunting. Lodging and game cooler included.  No additional or trophy/kill fees if you take a buck 6 1/2 or older. There is a replacement fee of 2000.00 if you take a buck under 6 1/2 years of age. Aging will be done by the tooth replacement and wear method from Texas Parks and Wildlife. Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, wash and dry towels, food and drinks and you are set. Sit on one of 11 feeders throwing corn twice daily or bring your own ladder stand or tripod and sit on feed route thru ranch. its up to you.

This pasture is located 15 miles west of Encinal is a 13,000+ acre pasture of a 50,000+ acre ranch IN THE HEART OF SOUTH TEXAS. Making this low-fenced pasture THE PRIME LOCATION for growing true South Texas Monster Whitetail. .We are currently looking for a couple of Trophy minded hunters that are able to let big deer walk until they’re in reach their MAXIMUM POTENTIAL. This pasture is know for harvesting 170-200+ deer in the last many years. This ranch has been able to grow 200”+ low fence, free range, native genetic whitetail and we plan on continuing this legacy. There are a couple spots available. The pasture has a great variety of terrain and brush making hunting always interesting and enjoyable!  The Headquarters pasture has all the amenities to be your all around perfect hunting lease. The amenities are: a 7 bed 6 bath ranch house with 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, and 2 sets of washer and dryers. Great drinking quality well water. Covered skinning rack with concrete floor, running water, Ice machine, and walk in cooler all located at the skinning rack. Outdoor fire pit for cooking with a covered awning right beside it. Also have several RV and mobile home hookups in camp with water, electricity and septic hookups. Large metal building nearby camp for storing Hunting vehicles and UTV(side by sides). (ATV's *four-wheelers are prohibited*) The pasture has 20+ stock tanks with 4-inch water lines to all to ensure water for deer at all times. The stock tanks are stocked with an abundance of Largemouth Bass. Bird hunting (Dove and Quail) and waterfowl are also available in an abundance for all to enjoy. Guests are allowed. Archery hunting is also allowed!

I have three privately owned ranches between Llano and Mason ranging from 100 acres to 500 acres each. I do not mix parties, so your group will have the entire lease. The price for the smallest pasture is $450 per day for up to 3 hunters, the middle size pasture is $500 per day for up to 4 hunters and the larger pasture is $1200 per day for up to 8 hunters. There is a 3 day minimum hunt. All pastures have cabins with electricity, beds, frig, table, chairs and running water. All have working corn feeders and three sided ground stands with roofs. I allow each hunter to kill 2 bucks in November and either 2 bucks or 1 buck and 1 doe in December. I allow bow hunting during October. The cost for bow hunting is $100 per day per hunter. I do not charge a kill fee. I do not allow 4-wheelers and ask that you only drive on established roads. There are openings available in November and December.
