PRIMARY GAME:

7000 acres south of Mirando City (near Zapata/Webb/Jim Hogg intersection). Mix of high fence and low fence. Tons of water, around 22-27 ponds plus cattle troughs. We’ve had a lot of rain this year and they’re all full.
*11 guns total at $6400/gun plus feed and general expenses. approx 630 acres per gun. This years total cost estimate is around $7800 per person. This will change year to year with feed demand. (corn, Insurance, Sendero mowing)
* Community blinds/feeders. You're on a 7000 acre lease, and you get to hunt a 7000 acre lease, not the "new guy" spot 300 feet from camp.
*Family and guest friendly! Kids are encouraged to come, guests are also welcome, but must hunt with paid member.
*Camp has water, electricity, cleaning rack, and a few RV hook ups for septic/50 amp.
*This will be the second year on the place, last year only culls were killed and anything decent was passed due to drought,
* 1 trophy (7 and 150"+), 1 cull/management, & does pending survey. none of the deer in these pics were killed. some of these below are 2-3 year old deer, and have the potential to be absolute studs.
* Good bird country, we will have quail unless there's a die off. 50/50 on blues/bobs. Dove were incredible last year, and so were the ducks.
